Hours:

Ware’s Grove is open every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am- Dusk. *New Lifeguard schedule for the 2023 season, runs June 19th-August 11th on weekdays from 9am-4pm. The remainder of the season will be SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pricing:

*Residents include the following towns: Chesterfield, West Chesterfield, and Spofford. Proof is required for resident pricing (i.e. mail or ID).

• Senior Resident Daily Pass……………. Free
• Child Resident Daily Pass……………… Free
• Family Resident Season Pass…………. $100.00
• Adult Non-resident Daily Pass………… $8.00
• Senior Non-resident Daily Pass……….. $5.00
• Child Non-resident Daily Pass…………. $5.00
• Family Non-resident Season Pass…….. $200.00
• 12 and Under is considered a Child

Rules:

1. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. No running, pushing, dunking, snapping towels, throwing sand, or any other type of inappropriate behavior in water or on beach.
3. All waste and trash must be thrown away in the trash containers.
4. Swearing and profane language will not be tolerated, violators will be asked to leave.
5. No swimming beyond buoy lines.
6. Pet are not permitted on the beach or in the memorial area. Certified service animals are welcome.
7. No alcohol allowed.
8. No smoking or vaping allowed on the beach.
9. No shampoo or soap allowed in the water.
10. No glass allowed on the beach.
11. No nudity allowed.
12. No launching any Kayak, paddleboard or any vessel from the beach.
13. Persons found violating any of the above rules and regulations may be evicted from the park and shall be fined not more than $200.00. (R.S.A. 214:7)
