Police Chief's Message

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Chesterfield Police Department's web page. This site was created to provide Chesterfield residents and visitors with important information concerning your police department and public safety in our community. I believe it is important to have a place where the community can learn more about the services we provide and have an open line of communication with the department.

The Chesterfield Police Department is located at 490 Route 63 in Chesterfield NH, right next door to the Chesterfield Fire Department and the Chesterfield School.

In the event of an emergency, please call 911 or Cheshire County Dispatch at (603) 355-2000.

I have immense pride in being a member of the Chesterfield Police Department. During my Law Enforcement career, I’ve had many different roles and consider it a tremendous privilege to have been appointed as the Chief of Police in October 2024.

As the Police Chief of a professional and progressive department, it is my primary objective to have an organization whose skills and abilities are second to none. This is why our team works hard to continuously improve and maintain a high level of excellence and service to our community.

Reducing crime and improving the quality of life for our citizens are two of our highest operational priorities. We understand that building, cultivating, and maintaining the community's trust and developing community partnerships are the key elements in our crime reduction efforts. We are committed to the ideals of community policing and recognize the importance of developing close working relationships with our residents and businesses.

I look forward to working with you to keep Chesterfield a great place to live, work, and visit. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about the Chesterfield Police Department, contact me via email or at (603) 363-4233.
